Author Guidelines

Manuscripts must be written in either Indonesian or English, and should be free from typographical and grammatical errors. Authors are required to use Microsoft Word 2007 or newer, with Times New Roman 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, A4 paper size, and 3 cm margins on all sides. All lines and pages must be consecutively numbered.

Manuscript Structure

  • Title Page: Includes full title, author names, institutional addresses, and corresponding author's email.
  • Abstract: Maximum 200 words, structured with objectives, methods, results, and conclusion. Avoid references and abbreviations. Followed by 3–5 keywords.
  • Introduction: Brief and informative, referencing relevant recent works. Avoid mini-review or overly concise form.
  • Materials and Methods: Clearly describe all procedures. Include species, diet, tools, statistical models, and product specifications with manufacturers and locations.
  • Results and Discussion: Present factual findings. Discussion should compare results with previous research.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the core findings clearly and concisely.
  • Acknowledgments: Include institutional or individual contributions and funding sources.
  • References: Use Harvard style (see examples below).

Citation Format

  • Single author: Allan (2000)
  • Two authors: Allan and Jones (1999)
  • Three or more authors: Kramer et al. (2010)

References should be listed alphabetically, and chronologically if needed. Use 'a', 'b', 'c' to distinguish same-year publications by the same authors.

Unpublished data and personal communications should not appear in the reference list but may be cited in-text.
